2.3 Accurate information: The user is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration — including full name, CPF, date of birth, email, phone number, and address. False or outdated information may prevent withdrawal processing and result in account suspension.

2.4 Identity verification (KYC): Before the first withdrawal and at any time that Bet81 when deemed necessary, identity verification may be required, including submission of an official photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and a recent proof of address. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit processing: Pix deposits are credited to the account within seconds, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Credit card deposits are approved within minutes. Boleto bancário deposits may take up to 1 business day to be confirmed after payment.

4.3 Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are processed preferably through the same method used for the deposit. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, processed in up to 10 minutes for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. No withdrawal fee is charged by Bet81.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet acceptance: A bet is considered confirmed only after the bet receipt has been issued on the platform. The Bet81 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, clearly incorrect odds, or suspected market manipulation.

6.2 Cancelled or postponed events: If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are fully refunded. If an event is postponed and not held within 72 hours of the original date, bets are refunded. If the event is postponed but takes place within 72 hours, bets remain valid.

6.3 Live betting: Live bets are subject to temporary suspensions during critical moments of an event — goals, red cards, turning points, race withdrawals. The Bet81 does not accept bets placed after an event has ended, even if the score update was delayed on the platform. In case of dispute, the official result issued by the governing body will prevail.

6.4 Cash out: The cash out feature allows you to settle a bet early at a value calculated in real time. The amount offered for cash out may be lower than the maximum potential payout. Cash out may be temporarily unavailable during periods of high event volatility. Acceptance of a cash out is final and cannot be reversed.

6.5 Odds errors: Odds published with an obvious error — values clearly outside the market range for the event — may be voided even after a bet has been accepted. The user will be notified and the full amount will be refunded. The Bet81 is not obligated to honor bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

6.6 Combined bets: In a parlay bet, if one selection is voided, it is converted to odds of 1.00 (the stake is returned for that leg), and the remaining selections stay active. If two or more selections are voided, the rules above apply cumulatively.

7. Casino and Online Games
